HOUSE RULES
- The rooms are ready, on the day of your arrival, from 3:00 pm onwards. You will be given keys consisting of: no. 1 main door key; no. 1 apartment key; no. 2 room keys, one to open the door and one to activate the room’s electrical panel.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am, so that cleaning can be carried out. In case of delay, the cost of one extra night will be charged. The keys must be returned at check-out. In case of lost keys, the cost of replacing the lock will be charged to you.
- When entering and leaving the property, please do not disturb other guests in any way.
- Entry is not allowed to unregistered persons without the owner’s consent.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Always close doors and windows before leaving and do not leave valuables unattended.
- Room and bathroom cleaning is carried out every three days, with linen change. Cleaning time is from 10:00 am, so please leave the room free from that time.
- If extra cleaning or an extraordinary linen change is needed, an additional cost of € 5.00 will be applied.
- Bathroom amenities are at your disposal; it is forbidden to use towels to remove make-up or to use them as bath mats.
- It is strictly forbidden to throw anything into the toilet; use the appropriate general-waste bins for this purpose.
- For waste disposal, please follow the instructions for separate waste collection.
- Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of the property.
- If an appliance at your disposal does not work properly, please let us know.
- If any damage occurs, please inform us immediately. Any damage to the property or furnishings caused by guests must be promptly reported and compensated.
The indicated prices include the use of the rooms, the bathroom and its amenities, towels and bed linen, WiFi, and TV sets. We are not responsible for any disruptions not depending on our will. By booking the room, you accept these house rules. For any further needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.
